Digital Skills Workshop – North Somerset

At our digital skills workshops, you’ll receive 1:1 support to help you make the most of online health services. Come along if you’d like to learn how to use the internet to:

order repeat prescriptions
view test results
book GP appointments
access online consultations
create an NHS login
download and use the NHS app
Our goal is to give people the skills to manage their health independently and develop their confidence online. Please bring your device (such as a mobile phone, tablet/iPad, or laptop) with you. There’s no need to book for this session.

If you’ve been given a code or codes by your GP surgery to help you access online services, please also bring this with you. If you don’t have a code or aren’t sure why would need one, don’t worry – we can still support you on the day.
